US Dollar Rate vs British Pound

Great British Walks - The US$ vs GBP£

The exchange rate for the US Dollar vs the British Pound has been fluctuating between $1.21 to $1.35 since the summer of 2019, which has given our friends in North America the most wonderful exchange rate in many many years. Today ... Wednesday 22nd April it stands at $1.23 ... some seven to eight cents lower than just a few weeks ago.

There has never been a better time to Book your next walking holiday with Great British Walks .... so don't delay, as the global currency markets can be volatile and unpredictable. If you book your holiday at the current rates and pay in full - you will enjoy a good exchange rate in your favour. Millions of tourists have been pouring into Britian in 2019 because the British Pound was so low against the US Dollar. Great British Walks have been predicting this increase in the exchange rate for many months. Whilst we are dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, now is the time to consider booking and paying for your holiday in 2021.

Opportunities to visit Great Britain with such favourable exchange rates don't happen that frequently, so by booking your holiday and paying in full, could provide you with significant savings for the 2021 season. The British Pound is starting to rally against the USD$, and any advantage is likely to be lost.
